Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective September 30, 2019, Jeffery Hanson resigned from his position as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of Southwest Georgia Financial Corporation and its subsidiary, Southwest Georgia Bank.
