Subsequent Events	20. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Corporation performed an evaluation of subsequent events through March 29, 2018, the date upon which the Corporation’s financial statements were available for issue. The Corporation has not evaluated subsequent events after this date. At its meeting on February 28, 2018, the Board of Directors adopted a resolution to retire its treasury stock. The number of treasury shares retired was 1,748,059.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
