On January 5, 2024, Hurco Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) reported its results of operations for the fourth fiscal quarter and full fiscal year ended October 31, 2023. The Company’s earnings release for those periods is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and the information set forth therein is incorporated herein by reference and constitutes a part of this report.
