Deposits in trusts for employee benefits increased for the six months ended June 30, 2013 due to changes in the Company’s broad-based Deferred Salary Savings Plan (the “Plan”) whereby previously unfunded employee accrual accounts were funded so that employees could direct the investments in their accounts. The Company’s executive officers do not participate in the Plan.
