Net Income and Distribution Per Limited Partnership Interest	Net Income and Distribution Per Limited Partnership Interest Net income per limited partnership interest was computed by dividing the limited partners’ share of net income by the number of limited partnership interests outstanding at the beginning of the year. Distribution per limited partnership interest for the year ended December 31, 2013 was computed by dividing the limited partners’ distribution by the number of limited partnership interests outstanding at the beginning of the year. The number of limited partnership interests used was 10,530 and 10,580 for the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively.

Net Income and Distribution Per Limited Partnership Interest

Net income per limited partnership interest was computed by dividing the limited partners’ share of net income by the number of limited partnership interests outstanding at the beginning of the year. Distribution per limited partnership interest for the year ended December 31, 2013 was computed by dividing the limited partners’ distribution by the number of limited partnership interests outstanding at the beginning of the year. The number of limited partnership interests used was 10,530 and 10,580 for the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
