SUBSEQUENT EVENT	NOTE 18 SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 24, 2024, McEwen Copper and Nuton LLC (“Nuton”), a subsidiary of Rio Tinto, announced the closing of agreements pursuant to which McEwen Copper issued 1,166,666 common shares for aggregate proceeds of $35.0 million. On the same day, McEwen Copper announced the closing of agreements with two individual investors pursuant to which McEwen Copper issued 66,669 common shares for aggregate proceeds of $2.0 million. Subsequent to the closing of the transactions above, the Company’s ownership of McEwen Copper Inc. decreased from 48.3% to 46.4%.
