Summary of Cost Incurred and Expected to be Incurred and the Restructuring Reserve

Restructuring charges are included in the "Restructuring " line item in the Consolidated Statements of Operations. There were no costs recognized under the Program for the three and six months ended June 30, 2015. The amounts accrued associated with the Program are included in "Accrued expenses" and "Pension and postretirement liabilities" in the Consolidated Balance Sheets.
