Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	(11) RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Our related party transactions primarily consist of our $5 million and $12 million note receivables with Global at March 31, 2012. Our CEO, Mikel Faulkner, serves as Chairman of Global. Please see Note 4 - “Notes Receivable – Related Party” for additional information on our note receivables with Global.

The entire disclosure for related party transactions. Examples of related party transactions include transactions between (a) a parent company and its subsidiary; (b) subsidiaries of a common parent; (c) and entity and its principal owners; and (d) affiliates.
