Restructuring:

On September 30, 2014, and again in the fourth quarter of 2014, in connection with the sale of the Grid business, the Company undertook restructuring actions affecting approximately 44 employees to be terminated between September 2014 and December 31, 2014, as part of the strategic plan to focus on the Company's IIoT business.
