Stock Award Activity
 
The total intrinsic value of options exercised during the three and six months ended June 30, 2015 was $0 and $0, respectively. The total intrinsic value of options exercised during the three and six months ended June 30, 2014 was $0 and $3,000, respectively. The intrinsic value is calculated as the difference between the market value on the date of exercise and the exercise price of the options. There were no options exercised during the six months ended June 30, 2015.

The total fair value of RSUs vested and released during the three and six months ended June 30, 2015 was $72,000 and $316,000, respectively. The total fair value of RSUs vested and released during the three and six months ended June 30, 2014 was approximately $1.9 million and $2.0 million, respectively. The fair value is calculated by multiplying the fair market value of the Company’s stock on the vesting date by the number of shares vested.
