Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions During the years ended December 31, 2019, 2018 and 2017, the Company obtained legal services from Polsinelli PC, a law firm for which the spouse of the Company’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary is an attorney and shareholder, totaling $6.5 million, $4.1 million and $0.8 million, respectively. As of December 31, 2019, 2018 and 2017, $0.9 million, $1.3 million and $0.1 million, respectively, was payable to the firm. The Company also obtained and paid legal services totaling $0.1 million and $0.5 million during the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2018, respectively from Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahone, a firm for which the brother in law of the Company's Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary is a partner.
