Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders On July 19, 2017, the Company held a special meeting (the “Special Meeting”) of holders of the common stock. The proposal to approve the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of April 24, 2017, by and among Fresenius Kabi AG, a German stock corporation, Quercus Acquisition, Inc., a Louisiana corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Fresenius Kabi AG, the Company, and, solely for purposes of Article VIII thereof, Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA, a German partnership limited by shares was approved at the Special Meeting.
