Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 20 — Related Party Transactions In the recent past, the Company engaged in various related party transactions with John N. Kapoor, Ph.D., Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors and a significant holder of the Company’s common stock. In connection with the various modifications agreed to during 2009 to the EJ Funds credit facility and the Subordinated Note, the Company issued various stock warrants to Dr. Kapoor. See Note 3, Summary of Significant Accounting Policies, for information about the Kapoor Warrants. During the years ended December 31, 2015, 2014 and 2013 the Company obtained legal services totaling $1.7 million, $2.1 million and $0.7 million, respectively, of which $0.4 million was payable as of December 31, 2015 and 2014, respectively to Polsinelli PC (formerly Polsinelli Shughart PC), a law firm for which the spouse of the Company’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary is an attorney and shareholder.
