Instinet IOIs are indications of interest disseminated by the Instinet, LLC agency trading desk. The changes herein apply to the Broker Dealer Operator and all Subscribers. However, only ATS Subscribers that utilize certain versions of the Desktop Application and that have opted in to receiving those indications of interest from the ILLC agency trading desk may receive Instinet IOIs.</cov:taStatementAboutAmendment>
