Item 2.01. Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets

On March 5, 2015, Vicon Industries, Inc. closed on the previously announced contract of sale of its principal administrative and operating facility, located at 131 Heartland Blvd., Edgewood, New York. The sale resulted in net proceeds of approximately $3.3 million.
