Transactions with DowDuPont In 2019 DowDuPont contributed cash to Corteva to fund portions of the company's debt redemption/repayment transactions. See Note 17 - Long-Term Debt and Available Credit Facilities, to the Consolidated Financial Statements, for additional information. In February 2019, the DowDuPont Board declared first quarter dividends per share of DowDuPont common stock payable on March 15, 2019. EID declared and paid distributions to DowDuPont of about $317 million for the year ended December 31, 2019 to fund a portion of DowDuPont’s dividend payments.
