In a meeting on November 13, 2007, with securities analysts and investors, and per a press release issued by the Registrant the same day, the Registrant reaffirmed its outlook for full-year 2007 earnings per share in the range of $3.06 to $3.11 per share, which includes a $0.09 per share year-to-date charge to increase liabilities related to existing litigation.
