Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event In July 2011, certain milestones were met in connection with a non-exclusive global license agreement that the company's subsidiary, Pioneer, entered into with Syngenta AG in December 2010. As a result, and since the milestone payment is being made before regulatory approval is secured by Pioneer, the company will record a $50 charge in research and development expense in the third quarter 2011.
