Accounting for Income Taxes	(4) Accounting for Income Taxes The statute of limitations for the Company's federal income tax returns is open for fiscal 2009 through fiscal 2012. The Company files in numerous state jurisdictions with varying statutes of limitation. The Company's state returns are subject to examination by the taxing authorities for fiscal 2008 through fiscal 2012 or fiscal 2009 through fiscal 2012, depending on each state's statute of limitations.

Disclosures may include net deferred tax liability or asset recognized in an enterprise's statement of financial position, net change during the year in the total valuation allowance, approximate tax effect of each type of temporary difference and carryforward that gives rise to a significant portion of deferred tax liabilities and deferred tax assets, utilization of a tax carryback, and tax uncertainties information.
