Subsequent Events The Company assessed events occurring subsequent to March 31, 2015 for potential recognition and disclosure in the consolidated financial statements. No events have occurred that would require adjustment to the consolidated financial statements. Disposition On March 26, 2015, Dover signed a definitive agreement to sell Sargent Aerospace to RBC Bearings Incorporated for a total purchase price of $500 million. The Company expects to complete the sale of this business early in the second quarter of 2015.
