Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONSThe Company purchases a portion of its product needs from Engineered Floors, an entity substantially controlled by Robert E. Shaw, a shareholder of the Company. An affiliate of Mr. Shaw holds approximately 7.8% of the Company's Common Stock, which represents approximately 3.1% of the total vote of all classes of the Company's Common Stock. Engineered Floors is one of several suppliers of such materials to the Company. Total purchases from Engineered Floors during the three months ended April 1, 2023 and March 26, 2022 were approximately $64 and $702, respectively; or approximately 0.1% and 1.1%, respectively, of the Company's cost of goods sold. Purchases from Engineered Floors are based on market value negotiated prices. The Company has no contractual commitments with Mr. Shaw associated with its business relationship with Engineered Floors. Transactions with Engineered Floors are reviewed annually by the Company's board of directors.
