PRODUCT WARRANTY RESERVES

The Company generally provides product warranties related to manufacturing defects and specific performance standards for its products. Product warranty disclosures below have been adjusted for periods in the prior year to conform to the definition for "Warranties" as provided in ASU No. 2014-09, "Revenue from Customers (Topic 606)", as adopted by the Company at the beginning of its fiscal year 2018. Product warranty reserves are included in accrued expenses in the Company's Consolidated Condensed Balance Sheets.
