Income Taxes	Note 10. Income Taxes During the quarter ended May 4, 2013, income tax expense differed from what would be computed using the statutory federal tax rate primarily due to the effect of state and local income taxes partially offset by tax benefits recognized for federal tax credits. During the quarter ended April 28, 2012, income tax expense differed from what would be computed using the statutory federal tax rate primarily due to the effect of state and local income taxes, which included net decreases in unrecognized tax benefits primarily related to statute lapses.
