Stock-Based Compensation	Note 3. Stock-Based Compensation The Company has various stock option plans that provide for the granting of options to purchase shares of Class A Common Stock to certain key employees of the Company. Exercise and vesting terms for options granted under the plans are determined at each grant date. No stock options were granted during the quarters ended May 4, 2013 and April 28, 2012, and no stock options were outstanding at May 4, 2013. The intrinsic value of stock options exercised during the quarter ended April 28, 2012 was $3.7 million.

The entire disclosure for compensation-related costs for equity-based compensation, which may include disclosure of policies, compensation plan details, allocation of equity compensation, incentive distributions, equity-based arrangements to obtain goods and services, deferred compensation arrangements, employee stock ownership plan details and employee stock purchase plan details.
