Cloud Implementation	Cloud Implementation At June 30, 2024, the Company had a net book value of capitalized cloud implementation costs of $18.8, which relates to a combination of the distribution subsidiary ERP and corporate tools to support business operations. Amortization of cloud implementation fees totaled $1.0 and $1.9 in the three and six months ended June 31, 2024 (Successor), respectively, and $0.8 and $1.7 in the three and six months ended June 30, 2023 (Predecessor), respectively. These fees are expensed over the term of the cloud computing arrangement, and the expense is required to be recognized in the same line item in the income statement as the associated hosting service expenses.
