    Know all by these presents that the undersigned, Matthew Goldfarb, hereby constitutes and appoints each of Jonathan B. Leiken, Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary and Elizabeth C. Radigan, Vice President, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, and Assistant Corporate Secretary, signing singly, his true and lawful attorney-in-fact to:

    (1)    execute for and on behalf of the undersigned Forms 3, 4 and 5, including any amendments or supplements thereto, in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the rules thereunder;
