The Registrant is filing herewith its Press Release dated November 8, 2004 disclosing revised revenue and earnings per share data for the nine months ended September 30, 2004 and announcing a delay in the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the 3rd Quarter of 2004.
