URGENT PROXY INFORMATION

We recently discovered that certain shareholders entitled to vote at the Special Fidelity Shareholder Meeting for your Fidelity fund, originally scheduled for July 19, 2006, did not receive a proxy statement. Accordingly, we have extended the meeting to August 16, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time, allowing you additional time to vote. The enclosed proxy materials do not show the new date, but please be assured that the voting period has been extended to August 16, 2006.
