Seasonality of business	Seasonality of BusinessDue to the seasonality of our business, our operating results for the three and nine months ended September 26, 2020 are not indicative of results that may be expected for any other interim period or for the year ending December 31, 2020. Our business seasonality traditionally results in higher revenues during the second and third quarters as compared with the first and fourth quarters of the year, while the methods of accounting for fixed costs, such as depreciation expense, amortization, rent and interest expense, are not significantly impacted by business seasonality.
