On January 7, 2010, Federal Signal Corporation (“the Company”) announced that David McConnaughey’s employment with the Company was terminated effective December 31, 2009. Mr. McConnaughey was the President of the Company’s Safety and Securities Systems Group and a named executive officer in the Company’s 2009 proxy statement.
