Medium-term notes due through 2034 are primarily offered by prospectus and issued at fixed and variable rates. The principal balances of the medium-term notes were $33,128.1, $34,398.2, and $29,581.7 at January 26, 2025, October 27, 2024, and January 28, 2024, respectively. All outstanding medium-term notes are senior unsecured borrowings and generally rank equally with each other. The medium-term notes in the table above include unamortized fair value adjustments related to interest rate swaps.
