Certain employees of the Company participate in Deere & Company share-based compensation plans. During 2022, 2021, and 2020, the total share-based compensation expense was $6.4 million, $6.3 million, and $6.2 million, respectively, with an income tax benefit recognized in net income of $1.5 million, $1.5 million, and $1.4 million, respectively.
