All of Capital Corporation’s common stock is owned by JDFS, a wholly-owned finance holding subsidiary of Deere & Company. No shares of common stock of Capital Corporation were reserved for officers or employees or for options, warrants, conversions, or other rights at October 29, 2017 or October 30, 2016. At October 29, 2017 and October 30, 2016, Capital Corporation had authorized, but not issued, 10,000 shares of $1 par value preferred stock.
