Medium-term notes due through 2034 are primarily offered by prospectus and issued at fixed and variable rates. The principal balances of the medium-term notes were $30,526.5, $31,595.1, and $31,713.4 at May 3, 2026, November 2, 2025, and April 27, 2025, respectively. All outstanding medium-term notes are senior unsecured borrowings and generally rank equally with each other. The medium-term notes in the table above include unamortized fair value adjustments related to interest rate swaps.
