Stock Option Awards	Note 14. Stock Option Awards Certain employees of the Company participate in Deere & Company share-based compensation plans. During 2013, 2012 and 2011, the total share-based compensation expense was $4.9 million, $5.0 million and $5.1 million, respectively, with an income tax benefit recognized in net income of $1.8 million, $1.8 million and $1.9 million, respectively. Further disclosure for these plans is included in the notes to the Deere & Company 2013 Annual Report on Form 10-K.
