On Mr. Robotti's last Form 4 filing dated September 14, 2004 (the "September 14th Filing"), Robotti & Company and Robotti & Company Advisors reported an aggregate of 331,824 shares of the Common Stock. Since the September 14th Filing, 5,200 shares of the Common Stock are no longer under Robotti & Company Advisors' discretion due to an account termination on October 1, 2004. Prior to October 1, 2004, the amount of 331,824 shares remains unchanged. This amount includes 167,018 shares of the Common Stock directly owned by the Ravenswood Investment Company, L.P. ("RIC") and beneficially owned by its partners. On the September 14th Filing by Mr. Robotti, RIC directly owned 148, 318 shares of the Common Stock. Since the September 14th Filing, RIC has acquired an aggregate of 18,700 shares of the Common Stock. Due to an oversight, transaction dates 9/15, 9/16, 9/20 and 10/04/2004 are being reported late and has been included within this Form 4 filing. This amount includes 4,765 shares of the Common Stock directly owned by Mr. Robotti and is held in his brokerage account. Mr. Robotti claims beneficial ownership of such securities.
