On September 30, 2019, U.S. Gold Corp. (the “Company”) received written notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) informing the Company that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5605(c)(2) as a result of the appointment of Douglas Newby to the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company, as recently reported on a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 24, 2019.
