Item 8.01 Other Events.

On August 24, 2007, Victor F. Sellier, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Argon ST, Inc. (the "Company") terminated a written sales plan pursuant to the guidance specified by Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This plan was previously reported on the Company's Form 8-K filed January 4, 2007. Mr. Sellier has agreed not to purchase or sell any of the shares of Company common stock beneficially held by him for a period of 60 days following the termination of the plan.
