Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 30, 2006, Argon ST, Inc. (the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K to disclose that Ms. Maureen Baginski has been named to the Board of Directors of Argon ST, Inc. At the time of the filing Ms. Baginski had not yet been appointed to serve on any committees of the Board of Directors.

Pursuant to Instruction 2 of Item 5.02 of Form 8-K, the Company is filing this amendment to its prior report for the sole purpose of disclosing that, on February 28, 2007, Ms. Baginski was appointed by the Company’s board of directors to serve as a member of the board’s Governance and Nominating Committee.
