Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 8 – Subsequent Events In accordance with accounting guidelines, the Company has evaluated events which have occurred between July 1, 2012 and the date that the accompanying financial statements were issued. As set forth in Note 7 above, events associated with civil complaints to which the Company and CCIP are parties have occurred subsequent to July 1, 2012. The Company has determined that there are no other material subsequent events that require disclosure.

Note 8 – Subsequent Events
