BUSINESS CONCENTRATIONS	NOTE 15 - BUSINESS CONCENTRATIONS We purchase our products from several suppliers with approximately 77% and 98% of our purchases supplied from one vendor for the nine months ended September 30, 2014 and 2013, respectively. We sell our prescription dietary supplement products to wholesale distributors, specialty pharmacies, specialty distributors, and chain drug stores that generally sell products to retail pharmacies, hospitals, and other institutional customers. Revenue generated from four major customers accounted for approximately 95% and 98% of our recognized revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2014 and 2013, respectively. For the nine months ended September 30, 2014 and 2013, approximately 79% and 78%, respectively, of our recognized revenue and 96% and 98%, respectively, of our deferred revenue was generated from sales to four major customers.
