Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Event Effective October 10, 2016, the Company entered into a 13 year operating lease for approximately 109,000 square feet of office space in Atlanta, Georgia, as a replacement and consolidation for its Atlanta Support Center beginning late 2017. The Company has future total lease payments associated with the lease of approximately $31,000,000.
