OTHER INCOME	K. OTHER INCOME The Company historically leased non-operating real property to cell phone companies for two cell-tower sites on a month-to-month basis. In the first quarter of fiscal 2012, the Company recorded a gain of $587,000 associated with the sales and assignments of both of these interests. The Company does not have further financial obligations under these arrangements.
