NON-EMPLOYEE DIRECTORS SHARE-BASED COMPENSATION	10. The Company issued a total of 12,000 shares to the eight eligible board members effective February 11, 2013 as full payment for their 2013 retainer fee. The Company issued a total of 12,000 shares to the eight eligible board members effective January 6, 2012 as full payment for their 2012 retainer fee. All shares were issued under the 2010 Non-Employee Directors Stock Plan.
