On March 31, 2020, the Company announced that John Branscum, Senior Vice President of Comtech, will leave the Company effective April 8, 2020.

On March 31, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing moves intended to strengthen its executive management team and drive long-term revenue growth of Comtech’s satellite earth station solution product lines.
