(3) STOCKHOLDERS' EQUITY –

At March 31, 2017 the Company had warrants outstanding to purchase 509,138 shares of common stock at $0.01 per share.  Warrants for 152,742 shares of common stock were exercised during the three months ended March 31, 2017.  Subsequent to March 31, 2017, an additional 93,776 in warrants were exercised.
