Significant Clients	12. Significant Clients In the 2023 first quarter, International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) was the Company’s largest client and accounted for $8.2 million or 10.5% of consolidated revenue compared with $16.5 million or 18.5% of consolidated revenue in the comparable 2022 period. The National Technical Services Agreement with IBM expires on October 27, 2023. The Company’s accounts receivable from IBM at March 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022 totaled $9.2 million and $14.0 million, respectively. No other client accounted for 10% or more of the Company's revenue during the 2023 or 2022 first quarters.
