11. Royalty Agreement	11. Royalty Agreement The Company was a party to a license agreement, as amended in fiscal year 2001, whereby the Company was granted the exclusive right and license worldwide to manufacture and sell PASSUR® Systems for use with airline dispatch systems and in other aircraft flight tracking systems. The Company was also granted an exclusive worldwide license to sell PASSUR® Systems and/or data subscriptions for noise applications, dispatch activities, and new applications based on modifications to existing designs. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company paid a royalty based on the number of PASSUR® Systems sold and/or installed and generating subscription revenues, subject to a minimum annual royalty of $75,000. During fiscal year 2009, the Company amended the agreement to a fixed fee royalty of $50,000 per year. During fiscal 2013, the remaining license rights to use six patents in various foreign countries, and those relating to the Company’s PASSUR® System and related technologies expired and the Company paid the final royalty owed. The Company does not anticipate any impact on its business due to the expiration of this agreement since the Company has other issued patents relating to this technology.
