Summary of Significant Accounting Policies and Practices and Basis of Presentation

On July 23, 2012, the Company amended its Certificate of Incorporation to change its name from Colonial Commercial Corp. to CCOM Group, Inc. The condensed consolidated financial statements of CCOM Group, Inc. and subsidiaries (the "Company") included herein have been prepared by the Company and are unaudited; however, such information reflects all adjustments (consisting solely of normal recurring adjustments), which are, in the opinion of management, necessary for a fair presentation of the financial position, results of operations, and cash flows for the interim periods to which the report relates.  The results of operations for the period ended September 30, 2012 is not necessarily indicative of the operating results that may be achieved for the full year.

Certain information and footnote disclosures, normally included in consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America, have been condensed or omitted as permitted by the interim reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is suggested that these condensed consolidated financial statements be read in conjunction with the consolidated financial statements and notes thereto included in the Company's Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2011.

We have only one operating segment.

Inventory is comprised of finished goods and is stated at the lower of cost (first-in, first-out method) or market.

Recently adopted accounting pronouncement:

In June 2011, the FASB issued ASU No. 2011-05, Comprehensive Income (Topic 220): Presentation of Comprehensive Income. This ASU eliminates the option to report other comprehensive income and its components in the statement of stockholders equity and requires the presentation of comprehensive income in either (1) a continuous statement of comprehensive income or (2) two separate but consecutive statements. This ASU is effective for fiscal years, and interim periods within those years, beginning after December 15, 2011 and should be applied retrospectively. The Company adopted this ASU on January 1, 2012. The Company did not have any components of comprehensive income during the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2012 or 2011 and therefore did not include a statement of comprehensive income during the current period.
