On February 19, 2021, Adams Resources & Energy, Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing a cash dividend of $0.24 per common share payable on March 19, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 5, 2021. QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND

Houston, Texas (Friday, February 19, 2021) -- Adams Resources & Energy, Inc. (NYSE AMERICAN: AE) (“Adams” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.24 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2020, payable on March 19, 2021 to shareholders of record as of close of business on March 5, 2021.

Kevin J. Roycraft, Adams’ Chief Executive Officer and President, commented, “We are pleased to declare another regular cash dividend for the benefit of our shareholders.
